FAQ

*What type of accommodations are included in the cost?
The course fee only includes the course. There are 2 different room accommodation options and you will pay the hotel directly upon arrival for that cost.

*Are room upgrades available?
Yes. Private rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. We may sell out of this option.

*What type of food is provided?
Also included in the cost is 3 meals per day with tea and light snacks. A variety of beautiful, delicious food will be prepared by the chef. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free options are all available.

HOW TO GET HERE?

TRAVELING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The easiest way to travel to the venue from BER airport is by public transport (believe us, it is even easier and quicker than taking a car!) The train is accessible directly from the ground floor of the Arrivals terminal.
You can take the S9 train from BER airport to Berlin Central Station and from there take the RE3 directly to Chorin. The RE3 runs every hour.
You can also take the FEX from BER airport to Berlin Gesundbrunnen station, then the RE3 from there directly to Chorin. (Check the DB website or google maps for exact times)
Depending on when your flight lands and the train connection you make will determine how long it takes to get to Chorin from the airport. But if streamlined it will take around 1 hour and 40 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy. All questions are warmly welcomed.
• If you cancel at any time up to 8 weeks before the event start date, the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 8 weeks of the event start date, 75% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event start date, 50% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event start date, 25% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 1 week of the event start date, or if you withdraw from the event after the start of the first day, no part of the payment will be refunded.
